We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive efficiency across our teams. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly while also taking on HR assistant responsibilities. This includes organizing employee tasks, managing applicant communications, and supporting the HR team in various administrative functions.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across project's departments.
- Assist with HR responsibilities, including organizing employee schedules and tasks.
- Develop, implement, and optimize operational procedures and policies.
- Manage and coordinate projects to improve overall productivity and performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of objectives and goals.
- Serve as the point of contact for job applicants, managing communications and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and collaborate on training initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries and provide support as needed to maintain morale and productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (like Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
