Enhancing Resource Planning System for Beirut Arab University

This case study presents the successful implementation of a project aimed at enhancing the resource planning system of Beirut Arab University (BAU). The primary objective was to introduce a range of features and functionalities to make the system more adaptable and efficient in effectively managing the university's operations. Additionally, this case study highlights the seamless integration of the modified system with BAU's existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and website, which were also developed with assistance from our team.

 

Objective:

The main objective of this case study revolves around the optimization of BAU's resource planning system. Our team was responsible for introducing a set of custom features and functions to enhance its flexibility and efficacy in managing the university's operations.

 

Methodology:

1. Requirement Analysis: Our team conducted an in-depth analysis of BAU's existing resource planning system to identify areas for improvement and determine the specific functionalities required to meet the university's operational needs.
