We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Prokoders as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Provide product information and assistance with placing orders
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use CRM system and other customer service tools
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
