We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns. Duties

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  2. Manage all aspects of digital advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
  3. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
  4. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers.
  5. Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and blogs.
  6. Monitor and analyze website analytics, campaign performance metrics, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic changes.
  7. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a seamless customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
  9. Utilize marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline processes, automate campaigns, and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  4. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
  5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
  7. Proficiency in using Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools to track and report on website performance.
  8. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
