Description

The Digital Sales Specialist will leverage online sales platforms and digital marketing techniques to stimulate sales growth, increase brand awareness, and build strong customer relationships. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, digital marketing knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Duties

- Develop and implement effective digital sales strategies to target potential customers across various online channels.

- Identify and generate leads through online advertising, social media, email marketing, and SEO strategies.

- Engage with customers through digital platforms, addressing their inquiries, and assisting in their buying journey.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize digital marketing efforts and sales processes.

- Work closely with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support sales objectives and enhance brand visibility.

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.

- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions, manage leads, and follow up on sales opportunities.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and identify new opportunities. 

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in digital sales or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and online sales strategies.

- Proficient in using CRM software and digital sales tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
