Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at Prokoders. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of our human resources processes.

Duties

- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness of all HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees.
- Help with payroll processing and benefits administration tasks as needed.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
