We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs to ensure their successful implementation and delivery.

Duties

- Plan, organize, and coordinate program activities and events
- Communicate with stakeholders, partners, and participants to ensure program objectives are met
- Develop and maintain program schedules and timelines
- Monitor program budgets and expenses
- Prepare reports and documentation related to program activities and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to support program initiatives

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in program coordination or project management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and project management tools
