Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis. The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the software before it is released to our clients.

Duties

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Conduct manual and automated testing of software applications
• Identify and report defects and issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software quality
• Document test results and provide feedback to the development team
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and quality assurance methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
• Experience with manual and automated testing techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
