Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Director to join our company and take our sales efforts to the next level. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving business development initiatives to achieve our revenue targets.

Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for software products and services.
  • Create and manage sales pipelines for long-term enterprise deals.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their pain points and offering tailored software solutions.
  • Strong focus on value-based selling rather than just product features.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, including account managers and business development representatives
  • Provide training and mentorship on selling software solutions effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for online demos, proposals, and negotiations
  • Ability to present complex software solutions in a clear and compelling way.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with software solutions across industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail, manufacturing).
  • Deep understanding of software products, SaaS (Software as a Service), and cloud-based solutions.
  • Ability to explain technical features and benefits to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to tailor sales strategies to meet the unique needs of different sectors.
