Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Director to join our organization and take our sales efforts to the next level. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving business development initiatives to achieve our revenue targets.

Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth

Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
