Duties
Track deliverables, owners, blockers, and deadlines.
Surface problems early and escalate correctly.
Keep communication factual and on time.
Drive follow-up so tasks close, not disappear.
Maintain discipline across multiple moving parts.
Requirements
You are comfortable owning timelines, follow-ups, and accountability.
You can say “this is late and here’s why” without collapsing.
You can communicate status clearly to both technical and non-technical people.
You think in terms of outcomes, not noise.
Not eligible if:
You avoid confrontation.
You just want a “manager” title with no ownership.
You panic when something is behind schedule.
